5.1. The driver must be over 24 years old and hold a valid driver’s license.
5.2. A credit card in the driver’s name is required for the security deposit.

6. Cancellations and Modifications
6.1. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges.

7. Liability
WIKIRENTACAR is not responsible for indirect damages, losses, or any incidents related to the use of the rented vehicle, except as required by law.
