WIKIRENTACAR's Shipping, Return and Withdrawal Policies
Identification of the Supplier WIKIRENTACAR, with CIF: B67776005, is dedicated to car rental. Our registered office is C/ Barquilla 2, BAJO ED Polari, Marbella.
2. Rental Policies The vehicle rental service is provided exclusively at the locations established on our website. Vehicles will be available at the location and on the date agreed upon at the time of reservation.
3. Return of the Vehicle 3.1. The vehicle must be returned in the same location and in the same condition in which it was delivered, except for normal wear and tear.
3.2. The return must be made on the date and time agreed at the time of booking.
3.3. In case of delay in the return, an additional fee will be applied for each hour of delay.
4. Cancellation Policy 4.1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the rental contract without justification, within 48 hours before the start date of the rental.
4.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify WIKIRENTACAR via email info@wikirentacar.es
4.3. In case of withdrawal within the deadline, the amount paid will be refunded in full.
5. Reservation Modifications 5.1. Modifications to the reservation can be made at no additional cost, provided that they are requested at least 48 hours in advance and subject to availability.
5.2. In the event that the modification involves a change in price, the customer will be informed before confirming the modification.
6. Cancellations 6.1. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a penalty of 30% of the total price of the service.

7. Liability WIKIRENTACAR shall not be liable for damages or losses resulting from the failure to return the vehicle in the established conditions or the lack of notification in case of withdrawal.
